“If I wash my face regularly, I shouldn’t have to use a facial mask.” This is the mentality of a lot of diligent people who take great care of their skin. It’s true that regular cleansing removes the grime of daily life, and to be fair to those people, much less pore clogging and blemishes will occur if the skin is clean. Even so, facial masks should be something that is incorporated at least 2-3 times a week into your skin care routine. Unlike cleansing, facial masks can actually draw impurities out of the skin. Masks also help exfoliate and unclog pores at a deeper level so that your regular cleansing routine works better. If that wasn’t enough, masks can improve blood circulation leaving skin softer and feeling smoother.
Sounds great, right?
Lucky for you, we’ve developed a 2-in-1 facial scrub and mask. (You know, to save you counter space because we’re just so nice like that. You’re welcome!) It is made with French green clay, chamomile powder, and grapefruit peel powder for excellent toxin elimination and skin soothing.
The chemical structure of French green clay gives it the unique ability to adsorb toxins without swelling which means better healing and detoxifying capabilities. When the toxins are drawn out of the treatment area, they are trapped inside the clay and are not re-deposited on the skin, making it safe and effective for your skin. French green clay also contains many essential trace elements (minerals that are needed in very small amounts for optimal health). The clay will deposit healthy trace minerals such as calcium, potassium, and iron as needed for anti-bacterial and anti-microbial functions, for clean skin that goes deep. Chamomile powder has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties to compliment and assist the clay. Grapefruit peel powder does so as well, with vitamin c, calcium, potassium, and iron for powerful antioxidant functions and to help with cell regeneration and creation of new collagen.
So do we really need to convince you to carve out 10-15 minutes to relax, read a book, or watch a TV show while your mask dries? Radiant skin AND some R&R? Didn’t think so.
